Jim Butler

The Entrepreneur’s Roundtable was founded in 2007 by Jim Butler, a nationally recognized leader in the telecommunications industry and President and founder of TeleCHOICE. Jim has decades of industry experience and sales success, including nine years as a top salesman with a regional long-distance company in Southern California along with serving as a founding member of the Agent Alliance. And like most entrepreneurs, he works long hours as founder and president of agency TeleCHOICE to forge new client relationships and act as an effective customer liaison to service providers — a role he has cultivated over the past decade. In October 2006, Jim relocated from Newcastle, Calif., to Orlando, Fla., to start Discovery at Work and Entrepreneur’s Roundtable – both Work Life ministries of Discovery Church.

John E. Ledford, CFP

John is the President of Ledford Financial, LLC, one of Orlando's leading providers of investment advisory services. John began his career with a major Wall Street brokerage firm at the age of 19, and in his early 20s became a trust officer with one of the nation's largest Trust and Investment banks. John is a former member of the Financial Planning Association as well as the Gulf Coast and Space Coast Estate Planning Councils. He is also a former member of the Christian Financial Planning Institute created by Larry Burkett.

John attended the University of North Texas and graduated from the University of Central Florida. He earned the designation of Certified Financial Planner from the College for Financial Planning in Denver, and holds numerous additional industry licenses and designations and is a frequent contributor to local and national media. He now lives in Winter Park with his wife Renee' and their two sons, Josh and Brad. When he’s not in the office, John spends time traveling, coaching sports, and supporting local charities.

Don Gleason

Don has a 25-year career in business consulting in the areas of strategic planning, sales & marketing, leadership and development. For the past two years, Don has worked to develop a new resort concept to revolutionize the way America vacations building unique “Urban Destination Resorts” as part of a world-class hospitality development team. Simultaneously, he has worked to define the brand strategy for the new restaurant concepts. Other recent projects include Tropic Star Lodge in Panama, The Bob Marley Resort and Spa, Nassau, and Crown Bay Cruise port in St. Thomas, USVI. In June of 2005 he joined the rapidly growing Spraggins Builder Services to lead the start up Specialties Division.

With a long history in the travel and hospitality industry, Don has covered a wide range of disciplines. As Chief Operating Officer for Radixx International (an airline and resort reservations systems company) he was involved in cutting edge reservation technology; Prior to this he was President of Universal Studios Vacations, where the re-branding, strategic alliances, and marketing programs helped achieve strong profitability in 18 months and launch the new $2.4 billion expansion of Islands of Adventure, CityWalk and the new Universal Loews Hotels.

Don was also Director of International Sales and Marketing for Walt Disney where opened offices in Europe, Asia, Latin America and Canada to drive business to the U.S. theme parks, hotels and cruise line. His teams implemented strategies to sell over 22,000 of nightly room inventory to multiple market segments. He has personally developed and overseen several large national product and services rollouts, and has provided consulting services in the area of strategic planning, leadership, brand creation and management, resort development, and sales and marketing.

He holds an MBA from Belhaven College and a B.A. from Louisiana State University, and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Belhaven College. He was recently named the Belhaven College “Alumni of the Year” for 2004 for their MBA program.He resides in Orlando, FL.

Tami has served in ministry full-time for 19 years, working with teenagers for ten of those years through discipleship, teaching and mentoring as Student Pastor. She has worked with T.I.M.E. International (Teens In Missions Evangelism) for 11 years, with a number of responsibilities including Administrator, Marketing, and more.

One of Tami’s greatest joys has been traveling the globe serving in orphanages, deaf schools, public schools, and churches. The lessons learned and the attitude of gratitude has been priceless. Tami is the mother of three children, which she considers her highest calling. She is married to Dale, who has worked alongside her in Christian ministries. For the past four years, Tami has owned her own health and fitness business.
